Technology clarity for the AI era.

I help founders, small businesses, and growing organizations understand how AI sees their work, where their systems are fragile, and what technology decisions are actually worth making.

Experience

Thirty years in systems. Three years deep in modern AI.

I have been building, repairing, and reasoning through software systems since the early web. I have watched technology cycles come and go: websites, hosting, virtualization, cloud platforms, automation, mobile, machine learning, and now large language models.

Every wave arrives with hype. The underlying systems still matter.

My work is focused on helping people separate useful technology from noise. That includes AI visibility, software architecture, automation, business systems, and the practical decisions that determine whether a tool creates leverage or becomes another expensive dependency.

What I Do

What I help with

01

AI Visibility & Citation Analysis

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google for a recommendation in your field, does your organization appear? I review how AI systems interpret your public presence, where competitors are being cited instead, and what technical or content gaps may be shaping that result.

02

Systems Architecture Review

AI can help people build faster, but speed without architecture creates fragile systems. I review workflows, websites, apps, automations, and data structures to identify weak points before they become expensive technical debt.

03

Technology Advisory

For founders and operators who need a senior technical perspective without hiring a full-time CTO. I help evaluate tools, vendors, infrastructure choices, AI use cases, automation plans, and implementation risks.

The Gap

Vibe coding builds the front door. Systems engineering builds the foundation.

AI-assisted coding has changed who can build software. That is good. But shipping something that works once is not the same as building something that can survive users, errors, security risks, rate limits, data changes, and real business pressure.

My goal is not to dismiss new builders. It is to help them understand the systems underneath the prompt.

Current Work

What I am building and publishing now.

I am currently building Codex Vitae, an AI-assisted digital legacy platform focused on preserving memories, digital assets, and personal history for future generations. I also publish an AI Dictionary series that explains technical terms in plain English for builders, founders, and business owners trying to understand the AI era without getting buried in jargon.

A Practical Advisory Model

I do not sell AI theater.

I help identify where technology is already shaping your business, where your public presence may be invisible to AI systems, and where better architecture or clearer systems would make a measurable difference.
